a) Information You Provide Directly
- Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, and password (securely stored using Firebase Authentication).
- Vehicle Details: Make, model, registration number, etc.
- Addresses: Home, office, or pickup locations for service delivery.
- Service Preferences: Subscription plans, booking history, and service choices.
b) Location Data
Cleano requires access to location permissions to provide real-time and accurate service delivery. The following permissions are used in our app:
1. ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (Approximate Location)
We collect approximate location to:
- Show service availability in your area.
- Display relevant pricing and offers based on region.
- Help agents prepare for upcoming bookings.
2. ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (Precise Location)
We collect precise GPS location when you use features like Xpress On-Demand Car Wash or Monthly Plan Service Visits to:
- Assign the nearest agent for faster response times.
- Provide accurate navigation for our agents to reach your location.
- Calculate precise estimated arrival times (ETA).
3. ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION (Background Location)
Background location is collected only when you have an active booking to:
- Track ongoing service requests while the app is minimized.
- Ensure agents can locate your car even if you are not actively using the app.
- Provide live tracking and ETA updates for both customers and agents.
Note:
- Location access happens only with your explicit consent.
- You can disable location anytime from your device settings, but certain features (like live tracking and on-demand booking) may not work properly.
- Cleano does NOT store your location history permanently — it is only used temporarily to complete the active booking.
c) Payment Information
- All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways like Razorpay and Cashfree.
- Cleano does NOT store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
- Payment data is handled directly by these gateways per their privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to:
- Provide and manage services like monthly car wash, on-demand Xpress car wash, laundry, insurance, and scrap car purchase.
- Process bookings, subscriptions, and payments securely.
- Send confirmations, reminders, invoices, and receipts via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Improve service quality through feedback and analytics.
- Send promotional offers and updates (only with your consent).
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Information Sharing
We do NOT sell or rent your data. Information is only shared when necessary:
- With trusted Cleano agents for service fulfillment.
- With insurance partners when you purchase insurance services.
- With payment gateways for secure transactions.
- When required by law or government authorities.
- With your explicit consent.
4. Data Security
- Your account and data are secured through Firebase Authentication and Firestore with industry-standard encryption.
- Payment processing follows PCI-DSS standards through Razorpay and Cashfree.
- While we take all precautions, no online transmission is 100% secure.
5. WhatsApp & Email Communication
By using Cleano, you consent to receive essential communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email, including:
- Booking confirmations.
- Service reminders and ETA notifications.
- Payment receipts and invoices.
- Service-related support messages.
You may opt-out of promotional messages anytime by emailing us at info@cleanoservices.co.in.
Transactional notifications cannot be disabled as they are necessary for service delivery.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Cleano may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Enhance your app experience.
- Analyze performance and usage.
- Provide personalized offers.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access or review your personal data.
- Request updates or corrections to inaccurate information.
- Opt-out of promotional communications.
Account Deletion:
- Email info@cleanoservices.co.in with the subject "Delete My Account".
- Your account and data will be deleted within 7 working days.
- This method fully complies with Google Play Store guidelines.
8. Children's Privacy
- Cleano is not intended for users under 18.
- We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
- If accidental data collection occurs, it will be deleted immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be reflected in-app and on our website with a revised Effective Date. We encourage users to review periodically.
